This past Fall the LEADS Business Unit released its’ first commissioned white paper Effective Performance Systems: A Review of Selected Literature by Shauna Fenwick and Erna Hagge. The paper was very well-received and distributed broadly across Canada. An abridged version was published in Healthcare Management Forum, a peer reviewed publication, and presented at a well-attended CHLNet/LEADS Collaborative webinar to discuss the findings.

The LEADS Business Unit is seeking your input for the topic of the next commissioned white paper. The goal of these papers is to provide current and practical information that will support those using the LEADS framework, its application in various settings and those looking to support the leadership development of themselves or others.
